The villa has 2 extremely large living areas. It also has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom with its American lighthouse theme, overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom and cable TV. The 2nd bedroom has a marine theme, and has a queen-size bed, and cable TV. The Tinkerbell bedroom and Spiderman bedroom each have twin beds. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The villa has free internet wi-fi access. Free telephone calls within the USA and Canada. Free calls to landlines in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy and France. Free telephone answering machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, jug kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal unit, pots, pans, china, cutlery, cooking utensils.

All bedding and towels (including pool towels) are provided, and there is a laundry room, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

In the games room you will find a pool table, a foosball table, table tennis, darts, tennis and badminton racquets, basketball, quoits, and items for playing in the water. We also have books, jigsaws, and games, DVD, VCR, stereo and CDs.

Our community has a centre just a few seconds walk away, with 2 more pools, plus a children's fun pool with water spouts, and a children's playground. It also has facilities for tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, BBQ, all free of charge. You may be lucky enough to see hot air balloons landing on the football pitch. There is a conservation area to the west of our development.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, by our English management company.
